RETURNS / EXCHANGES

The Rezillion team is committed to providing you with the highest quality products and customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the item(s) along with the order slip to us in original new condition. The items must be returned with the original hang tags intact, and plastic bags within 30 days of order placement. We will issue a refund (excluding the delivery charges).

If you need a size exchange you will be liable for the cost of return postage however we will cover the cost of returning the replacement back to you.

Please note: The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot accept liability for parcels damaged during transit so we advise you to send the package back to us in a safe manner.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM

Please make sure to inspect your order as soon as you receive it. We will not accept any goods back once the item(s) have been worn (or the plastics/ hang tags have been removed). It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the item(s) upon receipt to ensure that it is in perfect new condition before wearing.

If your item(s) are defective, have been damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered then you can return it to us for and exchange or a full refund within 30 days of order placement. Under these circumstances we will also refund you the cost incurred by returning the item to us. Please note we will only refund your shipping costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part.
